ELIGIBILITY:

This competition is valid in all countries where it is legally permissible. If you are 18 years or over and are not an employee or agent of ASOS.com (or the employee’s or agent’s family), then you can enter this competition. We may ask for proof of age or identity at the finalist stage, just to be sure. Using false details will result in disqualification.

There is no purchase necessary. If you don’t already have a Fashion Finder member’s account you’ll be asked to join, which only takes a few seconds. If you are already a member of Fashion Finder, you’ll be asked to log in to your account as part of the entry process.

As this is an online competition, it is necessary for you to have access to the internet and to have an active email address.

It is possible to enter more than once if you’re feeling creative, but please be aware that you cannot win more than one prize level within each competition. By submitting your entry, you warrant that your entry is an original work, belongs to you and has not been copied from others, and does not violate the rights of any other person or entity.

JUDGING:

Most of our competitions are open to subjective interpretation, therefore they will be judged by an independent judge or a panel including one independent judge. In these cases all entries received by the closing date stated on the promotional material will normally go through a shortlist process and the winners will be selected by the judge(s) from the shortlist.

If we run a competition with a prize draw, then winners will be selected from all the valid qualifying entries by a random draw.

The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize only includes what is expressly stated to be part of the prize.

WINNERS:

You are responsible for providing us with accurate and up-to-date contact details. We will not be liable for any failure, delay or inability to contact you. In some circumstances you will need to provide a valid delivery address in order to receive your prize.

If you are a potential winner, we will contact you at the email address you provided and/or through the Fashion Finder messaging service within 7 days of the closing date of the competition, and may ask you to verify your personal details. If you have not replied within 48 hours or you don’t meet the eligibility requirements we mentioned above, we reserve the right to withdraw a potential prize.

PRIZES:

Prizes cannot be exchanged or substituted for a cash alternative except at the sole discretion of ASOS.

Prizes are subject to availability and may be subject to a sponsor’s or supplier’s terms and conditions, which will be communicated in the competition promotional material. We reserve the right to amend prizes or the terms of the competition if the need arises.

In the case where event tickets are awarded as a prize, it is not possible to sell or give these on to a third party. Unless otherwise stated, travel and/or accommodation will not be provided for the event. If you are unable to attend, the prize will be forfeited and retained to be distributed to the next placed entry.

If your prize involves travelling to another country, it is your responsibility to arrange visas if necessary. We do not have any information on travel visas, nor will we become involved in the arrangement of these.

If your prize involves attending an event, be aware that unless otherwise stated we accept no responsibility for the organisation or monitoring of the event. We shall not be liable for any event that is cancelled by a third party. If you are awarded ASOS vouchers as a prize, you will need to sign up to an ASOS.com account (if you don’t already have one), so that we can credit you with the voucher amount. Please note that although this is an international competition the vouchers will be allotted in Pounds Sterling. Due to exchange rates this voucher will be worth the equivalent Pounds Sterling amount in your local currency on ASOS.com on the date you spend your voucher; you may wish to set your currency to GBP in order to get the full value. You may spend the voucher value as you wish on ASOS.com, as long as the voucher is valid, but it cannot be used against purchases made on Marketplace or on other retailers on Fashion Finder.
