Myvesta is fabulous!!
They operate in exactly the same way as Payplan or CCCS.
Give them a ring asap. They are a friendly bunch whom will give you impartial and honest advice.
They got me out of a very deep, dark hole, so I am speaking from personal experience here.0 -
Oh Sandra, thank you, thank you, thank you. I was a bit scared they weren't kosher IYKWIM but they did seem very helpful, just didn't want to go into something that I wasn't sure about so again, thank you for your response - I'll get the forms sent off asap. What a relief!!!!
I could kiss you xx - well, sort of!!!0 -

apart from they are not licensed!
Stick with Payplan or CCCS, well known and trusted, and they dont ask for a donation, which is what you want really if you are struggling with debt isn't it!10 1p's are better than no 10p's !!!

Actually, they are both a registered Company AND hold a Credit Licence.
I really don't know where you get your information from!
There have been a multitude of complaints on this site re Payplan and CCCS whom are supposed to be wonderful and marvellous in the beginning, but as soon as someone is actively in a DMP or IVA and hit a problem with their income they both simply abandon them.
I take it that you work for one of them.
From personal experience I wouldn't go anywhere else but Myvesta - they use the best IVA companies in the business.0 -
i think the problem is the op is not looking for an iva, but is looking for a dmp. It is not right that any company ask for payment for this as this money would be better spent paying off the debt. Payplan and cccs get good reviews in here as they do this foc.0

Hi Sandra
Sorry to be a pain but would you recomend them for a DMP, I am aware that they state that you can donate an amount - no matter how small ( and you are not obligated to in any way) but as I cant seem to get anywhere with Payplan or CCCS, I would be willing to donate a small amount as it is a charity and not a fee charging DMC.
Would really appreciate your advice.
Many thanks0 -
if i was in wellers position here i would go with gut instinct.
if deep down you are not sure about this company then dont go with them. I nearly signed up with a firm called spectrum a few months ago but i had a nagging feeling something wasnt right. when i checked further into it i knew it definately wasnt right. but without my gut instinct i would have signed up with them and definately been worse off0 -

May I remind you that both Payplan and CCCS charge for their services.
All you get "free" is the advice.
There have been a lot of folks on the DFW board complaining about their treatment by both AFTER they signed up to them!0 -

Could you back this up with FACT
Every IVA practitioner charges, thats the way of the world, but I understood that CCCS and Payplan are both free to customers and every penny of the money given to DMPs go to creditors.
Id like to see proof please, if you can muster it. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

I didn't do a DMP with them so I cannot quote verbatim.
Don't be concerned about the donation.
Give Myvesta a call - it is an 0800 number - it will not cost you a penny just to ask some questions about your own individual circumstances, will it?
Then you know for sure for yourself.
My personal experience with them, and of friends, is that they are superb.
You need to find out for yourself.0
