New boiler quotes.

Hi
We have a very old boiler and boilermate II hot water cylinder which we want to replace (boilermate circuit board has gone again and want to get rid!)
Getting quotes for replacing the system as is, or for a combi boiler. We are hoping to sell the house in a few months so it would probably make more sense to fit a combi, but we would need extra pipework as our pipe is currently too small.
Have been quoted £2,500 for an Avanta 24c (not sure this would cope with the amount of baths I have!) and £3,885 for a Worcester 12K boiler and santon 125litre indirect unvented cylinder. Do these seem like fair quotes?

I am pretty sure that a 100% of heating engineers would recommend the heat-only boiler plus the unvented cylinder, the price seems high though. The combi you have a quote for will be weedy in the extreme.0
