Where do I send my first letter?!?!

I bank with HSBC and have recieved my statements and am waiting to send off my first letter. Its just a case of where to! Do I send it to my local branch or somewhere specific to deal with reclaiming charges??

Send it either to your local branch, or the branch where your account was originally opened. It will be dealt with centrally regardless of where you send it.Before you ask, yes, I work for a bank, but no, I didn't get a bonus!0
