Trying to get money back as I never received goods!

I purchased a wii board and game back at the start of July for my nephew. The goods were never coming and never coming, so I requested to cancel my order and ask for my money back from gamesbasement. This was on the 1st August. They sent me an email saying that my money would get refunded within 5-7 days. Needless to say 5-7 days came and gone, so I emailed them to say I hadn't received my refund yet. They emailed back saying they are processing it but according to their T&Cs they have 30 working days - not including weekends - from the day I cancelled my order to process my refund. I worked this out to be 9th September, so In the last week I have been emailing them to see if they can give me a date for processing my refund and had no response to any of my last 3 emails. I have tried the number on their website but I only get a message of a recorded voice saying to email to get in touch!! I am at the end of my tether and don't know what else to do?? HELP!!! :mad:
