That must surely be discriminatory to say that people with children come first???:eek:
There is no provision for discrimination regarding having children or families in law (except where it comes under sex discrimination), therefore there is no legal case for it.
But yes, it is discriminatory.

Cant help wondering though why Googlewhacker hasnt been on the thread this end to try and argue the case for it.
Maybe its only me he likes to do that with. On another thread i made similar comments and his response was.... that i think all employers are the devil incarnate.

every company have different rules for the holiday compensation and everything is clearly mention in the appointment letter, according to the administrative policies they have full authority to decide your salary structure after holidays.0
