Mistake by Lloyds TSB

Hi

today I got a letter from LTSB about a loan that I took out in
2003,please could somebody work out some figures for me.
(1) Amount of loan £5000.00 over 60 months at £115.26 per month.
(2) Charged a fixed Rate of interest of the total loan of 1.02% per month, annual percetage rate 12.9%. I settled the loan after 2 months, what should be the amount I should have paid, when I settled the loan?.The exact amount to the nearest penny is required
No PPI was involved.
Thanking you for your help.
