Faulty Fridge Freezer

Hope this is the right board.
We have a Beko Fridge Freezer, just under two years old and we're pretty sure it's faulty.
It was defrosted but froze up again within two days, the fridge leaks (there are pools of water under the bottom salad trays, which build up again after a week).
Is it best to contact Beko or the retailer we bought it from (Boots.com - who don't have an online record of the order but we have the receipt).

Retailer first, then try Beko if Boots are awkward.Squirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
