We took a camera crew over to Malawi last year to capture the festival. Check out our little film on our YouTube Channel . This year we’re looking for someone to be a reporter for us, so we’re giving you a chance to win a pair of tickets, flights and accommodation to the festival.

ELIGIBILITY:
This competition is open to any person resident in the UK who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and:

• Is able to travel on the dates specified in the Prize section below
• Is able to fulfill the ‘Obligations of the Winner’ as specified below.

Employees of Comic Relief are not eligible, nor are members of these employees’ families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouses and life partners).

Comic Relief reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel the competition at any time.

TO ENTER:
Entry is via Facebook only. You must tell us where indicated in 200 words or less, why you want to go to Lake of Stars festival in Malawi and why you would be the best person to report back to the See Africa Differently editorial team.
For help, you should want to vist the See Africa Differently campaign website and Facebook page.

Only one entry per person will be counted. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Comic Relief reserves the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

TIMING:
This competition runs from Tuesday 23rd August 2011. The closing date of this competition is noon 12th September 2011. The winner will be announced on Wednesday 14th September.

USE OF DATA:
Personal data will be used in accordance with Comic Relief’s privacy policy (available at https://www.comicrelief.com) and will be used for future See Africa Differently marketing activity.

Participants are providing information to Comic Relief and not to Facebook.

SELECTION OF WINNERS:
There will be one winner announced on Wednesday 14th September 2011 and notified by email. The entries will be shortlisted by a team at Comic Relief before given to an independent panel of two judges (the identities of which will be made available on request) who will decide the winner.. If for any reason the selected winner is unable to accept the prize, the selection process will be repeated and an alternate winner will be selected.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE WINNER:
The following are the requirements of the competition winner:

• To create content for the See Africa Differently campaign, reporting on their trip to The Lake of Stars festival in Malawi. The nature of that content will be discussed and agreed between the winner and the See Africa Differently team. Content will be used on and offline.
• To complete a Q & A on their return.
• To participate in See Africa Differently publicity

PRIZE:
The winner will win a pair of festival tickets, return flights and accommodation to Lake of Stars festival in Malawi.
Outbound flight dates 28th September 2011 London – Llongwe.
Return flight 3rd October 2011 Llongwe to London
Transfers to and from the festival from the airport are not included.

If flights are cancelled Comic Relief will try and find a flight that will get the winner to the festival in time. If this is not possible the competition prize will no longer stand.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
