Council tax benefits?

Living in my home there is:

1. Me, a 22 year old full time student.
2. My mum, 53 years old, earning less than 8,000 per year, but has a private pension of 4,800 per year.
3. My brother, 17 years old and in full time education.

Are we entitled to any council tax benefits other than the 25% off for me being a student? The direct gov site seems a bit cryptic to me!

Thanks!
