Terms & Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents (Excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Coregeo Ltd, its affiliated companies, Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc, their agents or other persons professionally connected with the draw.
2. By taking part in this prize draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. Purchase necessary. The prize draw is only valid on packs of Tenderstem® broccoli.

4. To enter, please visit the following website https://www.tenderstem.co.uk. All entries must have a valid receipt of purchase. If you are a winner, you may be asked to provide a valid receipt.

5. The opening date for receipt of entries is 29 August 2011 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 02 October 2011.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed, technical or telecommunications fault. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

7. Only one entry per pack. No bulk, machine generated, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted. Multiple email address entries will be detected and declared void.

8. The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries received under independent supervision up to the closing date of 2nd October 2011.

9. The winners will be notified by email no later than 7th October 2011. All prizes must be claimed by 21st October 2011. All reasonable effort will be made to contact winners, however, if the prizes are not claimed by 21st October 2011 an alternative winner will be chosen.

10. There will be 50 winners in total who will each win one prize; There are 50 prizes to be won, each prize consists of a Le Creuset three-piece saucepan set worth £235 each, in graphite colourway.

11. The prizes are non-transferable, non refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The prizes cannot be exchanged for any other prizes of lesser value. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. The prizes will be delivered to the winners designated UK Mainland addresses via special delivery by 4th November 2011.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

14. Winners may be required to take part in related publicity.

15. The names and counties of the winners will be available between 21 October 2011 and 30 November 2011 upon application with a SAE to Coregeo Ltd, PO Box 1079, Maidstone, ME18 6WX.

16. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.
