I have just today registered my ppi claim with First Plus. Sitting very nervously are we getting a holiday or not?
My claim was paid off in 2002, but we paid £5,700 to them (insurance).
They told me if successful you get full amount back, plus interest? How much is the interest? is that per year?
Also they said you get an 8% apology ?
Any help would be very grateful.
They took my complaint over phone, should I have written in? Think I may check with them tomorrow.
He asked why I thought it was mis-sold, and I said because at time we didnt want it but they said we had to take it, we both worked full time for Royal Mail, and had pension, and sick pay if off, so didn't need it.
Scared now!!!:eek:no longer miserable in debt.... :T but dont know how to change my id!!:beer:0
