I also have had trouble contacting 18185 recently.
Been with them for a good while but had a pre-recorded message recently saying my card details required updating (I had just had a new card).
I uploaded the relevant details via their website and all seemed to go OK until a couple of days later when I got the same message.
I have emailed them twice but they have not seen fit to reply or acknowledge my mails. At the moment I have bypassed the call router box so of course I am making all my calls via BT.
Whilst I would like to return to my previous call arrangement (18185/1899/Primus as per Heinz's recomendation of ages ago - thanks Heinz!) I do wish I could contact 18185.

I need to update my payment details but can't login at the moment. Is anyone else having a problem logging in at the moment?
I am entering my telephone and customer number correctly I have even checked my customer number by phoning the freephone number to have it read to me.

https://myaccount.finarea.ch/114/login.aspx?custlink=Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0 -

In my experiencxe, the key to being able to get access when the website is working appears to be to use IE though.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market.
