Hi Everyone! Congratulations to all the winning claims on here
i keep reading them and they give me hope that hopefully, luck will come my way.
i have recieved a letter from halifax, saying that i am entitled to a full refund, however i need to agree the form and send back before i am told any figures? does this seem right? im new to this and could really do with some advice?

Yes thats fine..once you sign they will send you a breakdown for you to check and agree or disagree with ..HBOS charges..£7000.00 recieved.
