£300 for switching to Santander

I've noticed that Martin's email mentions nothing about Santander giving £300 to existing Mortgage customers with £10k+ savings (or the ability to save £10k+ within 13 weeks) who switch their current accounts.
Even without the £10k savings, existing Mortgage customers get £200
I thought it would have been one of the main features of Martin's email but apparently not

What if you switch, just have savings and no mortgage with them? This is not an 'either-or' proposition......under construction.... COVID is a [discontinued] scam0
