I ve had a parking ticket from North Essex Parking Partnership does anyone know if you have to pay these its states its a PCN Penalty Charge Notice

If it states Traffic Management Act 2004 on it, you need to appeal or pay.0

If it's a proper one with Traffic Management Act 2004 on it then post a picture of the PCN in a new topic on pepipoo to get help to hopefully appeal it successfully:
