Terms and conditions

1. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland who are subscribers to the SPLENDA® online Recipe Club who are aged 18 years or over, except employees and their families of McNeil Nutritionals Limited and its subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.
2. Only one entry per person is allowed.
3. No purchase necessary for entry into the Promotion. Entries received after the relevant closing date will not be accepted. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative for the prizes. The Closing Date for the promotion is 31st October 2011.
4. 20 Professional Icing Bag Set prizes will be available.
5. All 20 winners will be drawn within 28 days of the Closing Date, from all valid entries received.
6. All 20 winners will be drawn under independent supervision from valid entries and notified by email within 7 days of the relevant draw. If a winner cannot be contacted within 21 days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original.
