Help with halifax mortgage charges

Hiya
I have, this morning, received my so called statements for a mortgage I closed with the Halifax.
They are not statements though it is called a borrowersaccount report and I cannot understand ANY of it.
If it lists the charges at all they are certainly not clear, it is not even clear what I was paying on a monthly basis.
I certainly could not make a list of charges from it.
Any advice would be gratefully received as I know I had numerous charges on this account and suspect the Halifax are just trying to be smart.
Thanks

What does it say?0

To be honest its like a print out of the most complicated format and unless I am blind or incredibly stupid (which I am hoping I am neither) I cannot see any sort of break down of a monthly charge on it. It does refer to charging me on certain pages but does not state any amount at all.
Really do not know what to do now. I was going to write them a letter complaining that the format of the information they have provided is unacceptable as it does not list any charges but do not know if this is the right thing to do.
Thanks0 -
how did you get this info? it is a just a copy of their data
what was it you were wanting from them?0 -
I asked them for statements usung the standard letter from this site. Dont think Stephen Hawkins could fathom out the stuff they have sent me.
Thanks for your help0 -

this sounds to me like they have sent you "account reports" which is their figures
ask for duplicate mortgage statements0 -
They are now ver their 40 days and only sent these as I was threatening them with the Information Commisioner. Shold I send them a letter giving then 7 days to send me them.

would say it would be separate to bank account charges as often mortgage charges are set out in the mortgage offer
what kind of charges are you looking at?0
