went to the store today and tried to exchange it for the another size but SA said they cannot exchange as i paid it 30% discount and if i wanted to, they will give me refund (of 30%) and i have to buy it back w/ 20% discount. or i can exchange it but i have to pay the price difference (which is 10%) i told manager i do not want refund, i wanted an exchange to which she said they dont allow as i bought it online. she said online and instore has different promotion and thats why instore is losing money. i was really upset as i wasted time and effort of going instore as not all of us has the leisure of shopping instore thats why there is online shopping. plus i got number of shoes from clarks and each pair is different size.

has anyone have trouble like me?

I just made an order via phone because somehow online, it stopped processing my order. I almost managed to get through (before it stopped working) with 2 discount codes. They are BER4L (20%) and BENEW (10%).

Anyway, since I was on the phone with customer service to make my order, I asked her about exchange. She told me that it should not be a problem, even if I bought it at a discount. I do not have to pay in full. Hope that helps. I have yet to make an exchange.
