I placed an order first thing yesterday morning using both the codes. My status still says "picking" too.
I really hope they don't cancel the order

Just received my order today - on the delivery note it states that you can exchange items instore within 28 days so you should be ok.

I must say I went up 1/2 a size in the shoes I went for and they fitted just right, with thick tights they may even be a little snug. Being leather they should stretch a little.

yes i did. i know its not very MSE but i need them sooner than thursday and if i'd selected collect from store, i would have had to pay full price for them

If you add 2 pairs of shoes , the 2 codes are still working , but isnt with one pair .

So one pair has 20 % off and the other pair had the 36 % off , how strange ( put in 2 pairs the same price , same style)

I'm not entirely sure what happens here. Ordered a pair of full price shoes, sale shoes, and full price slippers. (Thanks for the tip, OP.) Subtotal was £93.97. BER4L took £18.20 off the lot, which I think is 20%, and then BEFRIENDS took 20% off the original price of the slippers. When I added a further pair of the full price shoes (in a different size), BEFRIENDS took another 20% off their original price (and BER4L increased its discount to allow for the higher initial price. So you seem to need to have at least two full price items for BEFRIENDS to work and it seems to ignore the first full price item.

And went through Quidco.

Just ordered a pair of boots and a pair of shoes for work. Took 20% of both and then a further 20% of shoes only. Not sure why - maybe as they are new collection ? Anyway, still a good reduction so happy enough!
