DLA renewal query...

So...I'm filling in the form for my renewal, and NOTHING has changed since the last time i filled the form in, I mean NOTHING.
Can i copy almost word for word from my DLA form from 3 years ago, or would that make them doubt me in some way??
I'm in a real pickle as to how else to do this, as my previous from describes me and my problems brilliantly, and I don't want to jeapordise my claim by either wording things wrong, OR copying the form word for word!
Any advice would be very much appreciated.

I'm struggling here to see the problem (sorry). If nothing has changed just state how you are. Surely that's what you did the last time? List meds you are taking etc. Is something else worrying you?0

I have copied what I wrote on old DLA forms when the condition has not changed. This was only for some sections of the form. If everything is the same then I don't see any problem in copying the old form. Maybe you can change a few words so it isn't identical if that would make you feel better.0

Hi, nothing else worrying me, i just worried they'd think i was "trying it on" if i copied my last form?!
I've looked thru my last from and to change the odd word would be quite hard, but i will try!!
Thanks for help.0 -

Be careful - the form has changed somewhat, so make sure that you read all of the guidance and form carefully, to check your responses are correct.
I wouldn't worry about making it word for word identical, if you want, you can include a covering letter, saying your needs have not changed, so the form is largely identical.0 -
I sent off my renewal forms a few days ago and now I'm worried that I have done it wrong. I filled it in as if it was a follow up form so the person reading it should know my condition and I just put which things were the same as they had been previously and which things had worsened. I didn't really explain how bad things are in detail like I did on my first form as I didn't look at it as a first application - just as a follow up - is this wrong?
Although I did think the form may be a waste of time filling it in so early as my current claim runs out at the end of December but I am being told that I should be having surgery by the end of November (but don't have a date yet) so I am hoping I will be feeling much better by then anyway.Current Debt - [strike]£38000[/strike] [strike]£32000[/strike] [strike]£28500[/strike] [strike]£22000[/strike] [strike]£16000[/strike] [strike]£10000[/strike] [STRIKE]£1500[/STRIKE] £14000:eek:0
