They are so on the ball there it's untrue! When I lived in Lancashire I used to get at least 2 r+r a week. Since moving here 2 years ago i've had around 5 in total!!!

CS told me last night in Worcester Warndon that the slices of galic bread shouldn't have been in the offer-even though they were placed in the offer section so she would only discount the items to be £5 not give me DTD-I showed her a photo of the displayed items and still she wouldn't budge so just said not to bother and got a refund on the three items.

She said someone else had asked about the same thing just before me so she must have checked it or something?

Oo, the fibber!!! I saw the print out of inclusions as it was attached to the promotional section. The cheesy garlic slices x8 were mist definitely included in the offer!!!!!

Complain to HO as she was totally fibbing to you.
