Money transfer

I am having to pay my rent late to my landlord this month and he is asking me to transfer the funds from my bank to his.

What details do I need from him as I, obviously, do not have his bank card. Is name, sort number and account number enough?

Sort code and account number is all that is needed.

All that should be required is:

Payee Name
Sort Code
Account Number
Reference (Ask your landlord if they want you for example to maybe just put your Name or they may have a rent account number etc they need you to quote here)
Payment Amount

The bank in question will then tell you how long it should take for the payment to reach the other person.
