advice re car finance/buying a new car

I keep hearing about all these great 0% finance deals for buying a new car but I cant seem to find any. I was gonna wait a year to save some money but my car is drinking petrol like nothing ordinary so switching to a more fuel economic car i figured would save me money in the long run! Can anyone point me in the right direction of good finance deals cause i just cant find them, i was told Kia do them but its with a huge nearly 7 grand deposit which i dont have!! MAny Thanks for any info!
