Sent off an ATOS questionnaire....

Hi,

I sent off an ATOS health questionnaire on Friday (regarding Incapacity Benefit), how long will it be before I have to attend a medical examination?

  • i sent mine back at the beginning of july, had my assessment 9th August
  • my partner didn't have to go to a medical, although they have given a prognosis of 3 months for getting back to work... with sciatica and osteoarthritis, clever atos people decided that off a form, lol
  • if its for ib and not esa transfer then scoring 15 points should mean no medical(for now)

But why would they be doing a medical forms for an obsolete benefit?

Everyone is supposed to be migrated on their next review date and I would have thought the OP is being migrated since they have an ATOS form.
