    Afternoon everyone.

Would have been a nsd today but the idiot in me left my packed lunch on the kitchen cabinet. Doh!

So just £1.80 on a roll.

Ahoy there, all aboard HMS "how much have you spent today" .

I started spending even before I got to work. Bought some - yes, you've guessed it - chocolate and then some breadsticks of all things.

    Total spend: £1.78
    Overpay!

Forgot to say, but I'm actually £70.22 up because I got £72 worth of bank charges back. Though it's a relatively small figure, I can't stop smiling, and would really like to thank MSE Martin, the Consumer Action Group and everyone who's posted their bank refund success for their help!

I had a spot of good luck concerning my recent purchase Tuesday of a new video card for the folk's PC - the (ebay) seller sent me a message to say, "I've refunded you because I sent you the wrong card!" I replied, "Erm, really? Looks right..." He said, "Oh yeah, so it is, well how about we knock £6 off the price and you send me payment again?"

So that cost me £33 instead of £39! It does mean that £6 is now sitting in my Paypal account, so will look out for something on ebay for that much. Nice little extra.

OTHERWISE... a no spend day (the above doesn't really count, it's from Tuesday). My friend's boss gave me his PC to fix this evening, so might even get some remuneration for that. Will try not to spend too much time doing it - all it should need is a simple reinstall.
