Bank Account for small deposits

Hi, Can anyone recommend a bank account I could open that would accept payments of £80 per month. I and three others own the freehold in our flats a quarter share each. We need to set up an account that we can each pay £20 in per month. The money will go towards the annual buildings insurance, garden and general repairs etc. Most of the accounts I have found want a minimum of £1000 per month. Thanks for your help

    Any typical bank would do..

    HSBC
    FIRST DIRECT
    BARCLAYS
    SANTANDER
    TSB
    HALIFAX

I would recommend HSBC, but first direct is awesome tho.
    HSBC (Main A/C)
    Halifax Back up A/C
    Lloyds (Spending) A/C
    RBS Back up A/C
    Barclays Old A/C
    Nationwide Old A/C
