Boiler installed last year but no benchmark book!

Hi there,
I had a new combi boiler (Glow Worm 30cxi) installed last year by a corgi registered gas fitter/plumber who had been working for a while to try and fix our old boiler but without success so we went for a new model.
However because it was Christmas last year all I was concerned about is that we had heating and it worked which it did, but now I realise I wasn't left with the magical Benchmark book....
I contacted the plumber last week to do an annual service on the boiler and he came out and did it at the start of this week however it is still demonstrating a problem where it will trip out to F1 about once a week and requires turning off and on again to reignite.
I thought I would then get in touch with Glow-Worm direct as it's still under warrentee and was about to log a service call when it asks for details in the Benchmark book which I'd not herad about, and turns out it's a pretty important document!
I defintely wasn't given one when the boiler was commissioned - will the plumber have one, or can I obtain a replacement? It seems that without this (a) I will have a job getting Glow Worm to repair under warrantee and (b) will have problems if I need to sell my house in the future
Anybody have any suggestions?

See bottom of this page for Benchmark and Corgi requirements

Have you got the Corgi certificate of compliance?
Ask the installer for the Benchmark book, if they don't give you one register a complaint to Corgi.0
