Urgent: What is Dixons return address?? Large item to be collected tomorrow morning..

Hi there, I am returning a heavy item (set of large speakers) to Dixons tomorrow, and they arranged for a courier to come and pick it up. However, they have not provided me with the return address to write on the box. Will the guy simply stick a label on, or should I write it on myself? A little confused as they did not make it clear for me. Many thanks in advance.

i guess if they know where to come to you they will know where to send it. the courier may have his own label to put on. i think they will already know where it is going

Thanks for the reply. Still awaiting the collection. Just wondering if anyone else has had Dixons.co.uk arrange a collection before. Did you write on the address or is a label provided?

Did they (Dixons) not email/link you to a returns label to print out and put on the package? (Other vendors often do this - that way the item has a specific returns reference on it).
