Problems contacting OUL Direct insurance

Hi, this is my first post, hope this is the right forum to post in. I have annual travel insurance with OUL Direct and in the past week have twice tried to contact them using their web contact form (this is the only option they provide). They say they will respond within 24 hours (or you get a £10 M&S voucher!) but I've had nothing back. I am just want to extend my insurance period. Has anyone else had problems contacting? Thanks!:)

The last couple of weeks has been a nightmare getting hold of insurance companies. A lot are snowed under processing claims for all those affected by Hurricane Irene.
We changed insurance providers this year and luckily noticed just in time that we were not covered for playing competitive sport overseas. So numerous emails/phone calls to our existing provider and not a word in reply from them apart from emails to say they are snowed under and recorded phone messages saying "you are in a queue".0 -
Just to update this I finally received an email from OUL at the end of last week:
Thank you for your email,
Our online system for messaging has been broken. We have just been able to retrieve all previous mail.
We presume you would have contacted us through other means on this occasion but if you do still require assistance please contact us directly on 0844 334 0150.

Anyway the upshot of this was I sent another message (tried phoning but like wdyw it rang forever)... this time it was promptly dealt with and I have been promised the £10 M&S voucher for the previous delay:j0 -
