not strictly de-cluttering, but where do people keep their winter duvets in summer, and their summer duvets in winter?

I keep my spare duvets in oversize cushion covers... think I got the last one from ikea, other ones I've made - that way they're useful in another way.

and I cant bring myself to dump them because they might make me some money but now I havent got the time or inclination to sort through them again !!!!

actually I've thought that if i didnt spend so much time on here and focused on the job in hand for a bit my house would be decluttered and spotless !!!:rotfl:

Why not freecycle them. Someone is bound to want them.

I agree with Nicki that you can do both with good organisation. If it hadn't been for the length of metal wire I had stored in a filing cabinet then I would have been spending £3 getting a new water bottle for the guinea pigs.

Amy does say in TWG that if you could get 50 dollars a year (don't know what the english equivalent would be) for renting out the space under your bed would you do it? That's how much she reckons she saves by bulk buying and buying in advance at a good price. It can be done and it's not clutter if it's going to be used. I just wish I could get my cellar damp proofed and sealed then I would have so much storage space I could save everything and no one would ever know!
Organised people are just too lazy to look for things
