My brother has ordered 2 games from gamestation.co.uk, on the pager for both of the games it says dispatched in X amount of days, he ordered them on the 4th of jan 06 and he has an email saying his order is being processed, what does being processed exactly mean,

I laughed when I read this. I also ordered two Xbox 360 games on the 4th of Jan (with 1-2 day dispatch) and mine also says processing.

I've tried phoning them but they're always on hold and you can never get through. They also never respond to enquiries through e-mail.

I've since found out that Gamestation take AGES to deliver (sometimes even a month for items marked as 1-2 days dispatch). Apparently it's because their stock system is very poor so a lot of the items aren't actually in stock and they have to wait for them to arrive, so the order stays on "processing". There's also a lot of incompetence with the staff.

I'm planning to give it another day or so before I send a more threatning e-mail in the hope they'll respond to that, as I'm certainly not waiting a month with no response at all.

if it says processing are you able to cancel the order, im glad someone else is in the same boat as me, the shop on the high street is good but the website isnt so
