    This reminds me me of something I once heard on a radio consumer programme. The guy hadn't received a book he had ordered from a book club. When he complained, the club asked him to prove to them that he hadn't received that book.
    What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

    You are guilty until you can prove your innocence to these scammers, even then they will say "on this one case as a act of goodwill will cancel the charge"
