Toshiba Laptop Data Full

My DD has a Toshiba laptop and the hard drive is
in two partitions, one has the Windows 7 OS the other
is for Data.
The Data partition is almost full and a warning keeps coming up
to say that it's full. My question is how can I empty it?
I have searched and searched but can't find out what is on
the partition.
All help appreciated as I haven't used Windows 7 before.

As posted, windirstat will show what is taking up the space.
You can find the drive in start/computer and access whatever is on it. You can simply delete folders/files on the drive if you don't want to keep/save them.0
