Read the which report (in libraries) on travel insurance and decided to go for Swiftcover annual policy.Had to make 2 claims, i for a lost item and one for flight delay/cancellation (they paid £50 per person for the cancellation).I had to send so many documents,i admit i put off sending it,and in the process lost one of the documents. There were one or two things in my claim which i fully expected them to question, although the claim was valid and i expected it to drag on a bit.
Delighted to receive a cheque within less than 7 days of sending off the claim! Well done .I highly recommend them.Reasonable, good cover and online too.
