Financial Linkage..

Hi

Just a quick question which I can't find the answer to.

I'm getting married to my partner next year and we have been talking about various things realting to marriage, one of them being, will we be financially linked once married? Various reasons to ask this which I have talked about in the forums before.

    marriage is irrelevant, you need to avoid joint accounts to prevent financial linkage.

    That's what I thought but my partner was convinced as soon as we are married we will be linked. Thanks for clearing that up for me!
