Now that the Post office platinum card doesn't allow you to draw cash abroad without charge is there a card which does?

I used Nationwide for years till they started charging. I now use Halifax Clarity. I either set up a payment before I go or if I'm away a few weeks arrange one whilst I'm away to coincide with my withdrawal. Works for me.0
