Odd cash charge to account

Right, I'm with Santder (what ever they are called)
And I have just gone to check my account (Nothing is due out till 15th) and I am -£41.02
Noticed, that Sainsburys wanted £12.01 and has taken out £25.01!!!!! AND it was dated 12th July, just looked around that date and I had money in, what makes it worse is that my bank charges £15 daily, unauthorized overdraft fee, EVERYDAY!
Asked OH if it was him who used the card, which he admitted to, but is clearly just as unhappy as I am about this!
Clues and suggestions please....

Depending on what account you have you will be charged different fees for spending money on your account you have not got.
Do you have just a normal current account? A Basic account? A fee paying account?0 -
Current account, totally bog standard, no overdraft (dont want the drama) chip and pin and all my dd's come out on 29th-1st and 15th of every month and I have checked, all dd's have come out except the one due 15th, for obvious reasons0

I would post a link to a picture I have taken from my account, but being new I'm not allowed0

Here is a list of fees for the current accounts, I believe yours is the third table.0
