Appropriate feedback?

Just want to make sure that I'm not being unreasonable in my thoughts before leaving feedback regarding a transaction.

Have copied below my experience so far...

Ordered an item which comes with some personalised text - sent a message confirming the text I'd like. Item arrives, text is wrong (different spelling). Report this to the seller who apologises and says he will send replacement. Wait 12 days, no replacement so email again reminding him gently - he says he's already sent the replacement. Fast forward 4 days, replacement arrives (postmarked after he said it had already been sent) and it's once again wrong - a different spelling again this time!

I have confirmed the correct spelling s total of 4 times for him now, yet he can't seem to read. Have now requested a refund and will leave appropriate feedback - particularly annoyed that he lied about sending the replacement, and that it took the best part of 2 weeks to replace!

Would I be justified in leaving negative feedback do you think? Don't want to be overly harsh, but at the same time my experience of dealing with this seller has been anything but positive.
