I am looking for a desktop widget that will show me the current exchange rate.
I don't need one that is a converter
I have seen these widgets but have ahd no luck in finding one that will install on my W7

If u use Chrome , the app store has many free ones : some of them are real-time too. Search for 'forex' :

Thanks Rob didn't know about that site,sadly none are any good for me they don't have aud and the ones that do do not work properly/

eh? windows 7 has gadgets built in, right click on your desktop and select 'Gadgets' on the pannel that opens double click the 'currency' one, you can keep double clicking it if you want more than one or 2 or 3...
then on the drop down options set the top one to GBP and the bottom one to AUD, its telling me that there are 1.519ADU to 1GBP right now0 -
