Energy complaints
Has anyone seen septembers energy complaints table by consumer focus?
Think credits due, as we all b**ch about them
The fourth quarterly energy complaints league table, published today by Consumer Focus, shows a decrease in complaints about five of the ‘Big Six’ suppliers, with EDF the only firm which has seen an increase in complaints.
The Spring quarter saw a general fall in complaints, with particularly low volumes in April.1 SSE remains the supplier with the least complaints and the only supplier to achieve a five star rating. British Gas, E.ON, Scottish Power and npower all saw falls in complaints, with all but British Gas going up by one-star star in the ratings as a result. British Gas retains its four-star rating.
npower has continued to improve, rising to a three-star rating and fourth position on the league table. It has been replaced in last position by EDF Energy which achieved only one-star. The big rise in complaints about EDF Energy (a 19% increase) leaves the firm with the worst complaints rating since npower’s one-star rating last winter. Their poor performance is likely to be due in large-part to the implementation of a new billing system.

Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
