Looking for a quick and cheap divorce!

Just wondering if anyone can offer some advice and if you read my previous topics then you will see that my wife and I seperated and thanks for all the previous advice that I received regarding moving out etc etc
What I am looking for now is help with regards to getting a divorce. The situation is quite simple, we have no property to fight over, no money to fight over and we are both very happy to go ahead with the divorce and get it done asap, but for as cheap as possible.
Is there such a thing as a quick and easy divorce where both parties have nothing to fight over and if so what is the best way to go about it?
Thanks in advance

You can download the court papers from their website, fill them in, sign and then take them to court. It costs just under £400 in court fees.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

Would you say this is the cheapest option though? Am reading up on the internet where companies offer it for much cheaper but unsure as to how legit they are!0

Hi
This details the procedure and fees for divorce http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Governmentcitizensandrights/Divorceseparationandrelationshipbreakdown/Endingamarriageorcivilpartnership/Gettingadivorce/DG_193735
Unless you are on some benefits or have a low income you have to pay the £340 petition fee. You also need a copy (not photocopy) of your marriage certificate that cost about £8 if you get it direct from the registry office in the area where you married and about £25 if you buy it formn the National Registry Office.
What the web-site mmay be offering is to fill in the form for a set cost, on topof which you have to pay the court fees.
I susepct the website you are quotingIf you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
The Petition fee is £340 which one of you will have to pay and there is also a £45 Decree Absolute fee so between you you will have a minimum of £385.00 in Court fees :cool:Just keep swimming!0
