I bought 3 items from the same seller and paid by paypal. Today I got an email saying the listing had been removed and if I had paid to contact paypal. Everything conected to this seller seems to have disappeared and I can't contact her or ebay ( says item number not valid) so opened a case with paypal to say item not received. This will take ages as the date given is some time end of October to close it. Anyone any ideas of how to speed things up and get my money back quicker. Thank you in advance.

Log into Paypal and click on the tab 'Resolution Centre' - View open cases.
It will show details of when you can escalate the dispute to a claim. I'm sure it can be escalated to a claim as soon as a case is opened. It will usually take Paypal a couple of weeks to investigate the claim.
If you do not escalate this dispute to a claim it will be closed in the seller's favour.Until a dispute is escalated to a claim PayPal will not get involved.A home without a dog is like a flower without petals.0 -
