LLoyds claim and 'offer'
scamander
Hi all,
Received a letter from LLoyds offering premiums and 8% (I think this has become the standard letter now). The letter doesn't inlcude an amount but asks me to sign a form to send back and then they'll send the amount.
I signed and responded but have recieved the same letter again. I've also noticed a form contained in the letter titled "Previously declined claim on PPI Policy". I didn't fill this in when I responded as I haven't been rejected.
Fact is I can't get through to ask anyone on their phone line (not surprised though). Has anyone had this letter and if so did you only fill in the acceptance form and what happened then?
So many questions! Hoping someone out there can help.

I had the said same letter and i also didnt fill it in as i hadnt made a claim/complaint before on any of the loans i complained about. I returned the acceptance form on the 1st Sept and as yet havent heard.
So if you wouldnt mind keeping us updated if you get though to them

One last thing, I noticed my return letter had pink highlighter on it? did yours?

Hi there,
will do! It's either a case of them simply sending out a letter twice (admin error) or sending it out again for me to fill in the above mentioned bit (my error). Will keep you updated, let me know as well!0 -
I also had the letter twice, and received the second letter a few days after I posted my reply back. Seems a bit silly really and don't think I should send it back again. I opted for text alert too and haven't heard anything yet, I posted my response back on the 26th August. Fingers crossed we hear soon.....0

Me too !
I did send the second acceptance back as I wanted to be sure
Someone ( I think moomoo) said that they phoned and Lloyds said the second one was a mistake.
I posted my first acceptance on Tuesday last week.
I don't mind how long the money takes as it's all a bonus I didn't expect, but I would just love to know how much I can look forward to

Phew - thought it was because they wanted the "previously denied claims" document (which doesn't relate to me). Any ideas what happens next? Presuming it'll involve being paid and being told how much, but in which order and what timescale???0

Has anyone heard from Lloyds yet? Did everyone send their second letter response back?
Thanks0
