Though i booked a Sun holiday last year(or the year before i've forgot now) i haven't been sent a reference number as i wasn't sent a latter. The thing is the previous occupent of this house has been so could i use that?

I have been on holidays with the sun in the past at my old address.

I don't think you are supposed to use other people's reference numbers because it autofills your name and address details that they have on file. Not sure if these could be changed or not. Given that the form is for your address anyway I would give it a try.

yes terms and conditions are that you also need to collect the tokens these need to be sent to them after you have booked i think
I've never been asked to do this. What would be the point of letting people book online if they have to go to the trouble of posting coupons anyway?

  • Grrrrrr, had hoped to get in early and book online but our 2 favourite parks aren't on there!
  • Hi, can anyone confirm for *sure* that you need to still send the tokens in if you book online, as, i forgot to buy the papers, but am thinking of booking...

not sure don't think so but there is a possibility they can always return the money and refuse the booking but I think its unlikely

No you don't need the tokens as well, we've booked for the last 3 years and know of countless others and they have never requested tokens.

My brother and sister in law are also wanting to come with us but in seperate accommodation.

Do you know how to work it so we get the same dates and park rather than being at the same park three weeks apart as I'm sure will happen!

I have a priority reference but they dont.
