Is it possible to 'cut down' an ordinary one to make it like a micro sim to fit in an iPad?
Pros and cons?
Thanks.

It can be done, but is bloody hard to do by hand with scissors - I know as I did it with my own SIM and panicked a little when it didn't work at first (as I had taken away too much plastic, but managed to bodge it and eventually got it working.
There are now micro-SIM punches available which take a normal sized SIM and punch out the micro SIM size - I have one and it's really good and works very well.0
