I applied on thursday last week and got all of my account details today. After logging on today to transfer some money (£1000 just to test) it tells me no account exists for me !
I did setup the direct debit and have checked with my current account from which I will transfer funds that the DD exists. Am I missing something or do I have to wait a bit longer before I can start to use this account ?
