BT placed a cease on the line, Therefore customers are required to pay the £105 or any charge so the engineers can reconnect it back at the exchange.

BT or Virgin cant just press a button and have it done when its blocked i.e for non-payment.

Ok thank you. Guess I'm just going to have to put up and shut up!
  • Are BT not doing an offer at the minute of £30 reconnection? Since the line has only just been disconnected, you may even get it free. I'd give them a call or check their website.
