Rng back - say you were charged for three - should all have been free - they have to give you the refund - can't expect you to go to store - refuse - but don't think you#ll have any probelm - you must have had a funny person when you called. Just say you need the £7.77 or whatever refunding to your card.
Three must be free as they allow you to add three free to your basket - but won't let you add four - if they only wanted you to have one free they'd have it so you couldn't order more.

I just said that it allowed me to add 3 free samples, the guy just checked the website to see that they were there as a free sample and told me he'd refund the 3 right away and it would take 3-5 working days to hit my account - good luck

i tried ringing again but the man couldnt undertand me for love nor money my phone or his was crackly he said he would ring straight back on another phone that was about an hour or 2 ago so ive given up and just emailed them a pretty shirty message also complaining that ive wasted most of my credit trying to sort it out, im more bothered about the brain power tbh lol thanks for everything guys
