Hi all
Just wondering if this is normal when ordering clothes from ASOS
My son placed a £200 order with ASOS and got 24 hour Express delivery, which was supposed to be on a Saturday. I had to go out early to collect a parcel from another courier that couldn't deliver on the day it said, but thats another story. I was home by 9.30 and as no card had been left I assumed that I had not missed the delivery. By about 3pm and with still no delivery my sone check the tracking number they had sent him, and was quite conserned to see that it said the parcel had been delivered, he then checked the electronic proof of delivery and where the signiture should be it was habd written NSR. The Courier in question was Parcel Force and the delivery service that ASOS Paid for was express 24. Today I go to the Parcel force ofice to be told that NSR means "No Signature Required" and that the parcel was left on our front door step. To be honest I was left a bit speachless at this point, you see we don't have a front garden, our front door opens onto the main footpath, and this ideot just left £200 of clothes to be nicked right of our front door.
So as I said way up the top of this post, is this normal for ASOS and there delivery (None Delivery) firms.
To make matters worse, they don't have a customer support line, everything is done through e.mail only, unless anyone has a support number they can let me have.
Thanks

The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0

You need to have a read of the forum rules and how they pertain to posters purporting to represent a specific company.

You need permission from the site administrators to post as company representative and I would advise the OP NOT to contact Kym, until their identity can be verified. The greater danger, for most of us, lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low and achieving our mark0 -
Now sorted
Thanks Kym for your help.
